Hi, I’m Otto!
You’re probably here wondering “Who does this guy think he is.” or “What does this guy have to offer to me?”. To that, I offer you my history. Below you will find a detailed account of my struggles with life long obesity, body image issues, being homeless and developing an acute sense of introspection.

1059.8 miles to be exact.
My old self would be amazed. I used to get tired just walking upstairs, so biking this far seemed impossible. It took hard work and dedication to get here, and I hope to keep improving. Let’s dive in!

Since I can remember, I’ve struggled with weight. My whole family was obese, and my metabolism remained a mystical entity I had no control of. Believe it or not, the word “fat” was a cuss word in my mom’s house.
-
The first big change to my mentality was in 10th grade. I moved to Indiana a few years prior with my dad.
I was convinced to join the wrestling team and after 3 years of hard work my body look entirely different.
Confidence started to emerge.
-
After high school I thought I knew what I was doing, keto and running were my best friends.
After my gf at the time got an ankle injury, we both became sedentary, and the weight packed back on.
-
After a break up, Cam and I devised a plan to race each other to 225 lbs bodyweight. This is when I started posting my first YT videos on a different channel. This sparked everything that followed
-
I beat cam to 225 lbs and i didnt stop there. I kept going and learning. Weighing my food and studying nutrition and weightlifting.

After a bad doctor visit, my dad needed to lose weight or get heart surgery.
I had already been maintaining 220lbs bodyweight for 2 years by this point so I offered to make his meals for him. He was hesitant at first but after seeing his progress he dove headfirst into this.
After 6 months he was down 65 lbs. and the doctor was impressed by him. This is when I developed the “Eat More and Lose Weight eBook”

After years of YT challenges I decided to do my biggest one yet. To challenge myself and raise money for children in need.
8 days of suffering to promote the needy and a strong mentality.
2 months of editing the footage to produce an hour and a half long documentary.
Lessons lived and ready for future lessons and growth.
